No loss. I need to step up my game. It could be my TOM but if it isnt then I dunno. Today I will try to do all 4 miles of the walk away the pounds. I need to get my calories back up and tomorrow and Sunday I will go to the gym.
Things I am grateful for
1- as hard as the cravings were yesterday I did NOT give in.
2- I didnt gain.
3- I have stuck with this 17 days! Longest in a very long time.
