ahh today was horrible eating wise. I worked 12 hrs, slept in didn't bring lunch and ate crap!!! Was so hungry by the time I got home. I over ate and now my stomach hurts and its almost 11 at night Im not even gonna sleep right today. One bad day - cant become a habit tmrw Im back on track!
216.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
