Last 3 days has been bad. Working so much - haven't made it grocery shopping, and now there's a wicked snow storm .. ah Gonna walk downtown see what I can pick up.
216.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
