1.4 lbs away from 30 lbs loss, I almost want to go running....okay maybe walking
194.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 2.1 lb a week

Yea Qiqong!!!!!! You'll be at 30 lbs down in no time at all. Isn't it fun when the momentum really builds??? Definitely you should start walking ... the exercise will boost your metabolism and you'll feel great. Unless you are a lover of running and in pretty good shape I'd take it easy on the run ... work yourself up to it!! Great to see you are still here!!!
