I find it curious...that the days that I am "feeling" skinnier ... I have a gain. :)
Maybe my body is just "re-adjusting" and I can't seem to remember to get my water in.
Not discouraged AT ALL. Hope you all have a good day! -Steve/Flowerdude
254.5 lb Lost so far: 87.5 lb.    Still to go: 34.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.5 lb a week

I feel the same way. When I feel that I have been well on track and have had some activity which should help me lose weight, I gain. It is very perplexing. I tick upwards every once and a while is expected.

Working out always helps me to remember to get my water in...by the time I am finished I guzzle it down and even for a few hours after. Have a good day y'all!

I think we all have those days. Hopefully it's just the water. But I wouldn't stress too much over it. With all you have already accomplished just focus on how you are feeling. If you are feeling it, then strut your stuff off you hottie. Don't let those scale gremlins get the best of you.

I've noticed the same thing! When I get up and am feeling thinner, it's almost a sure sign that I have gained, LOL. Oh well. At least we can console ourselves with feeling thin! :)
