Is that even possible to gain that much weight in 2 days??? I'm eating phase 2 foods... gosh I'm so out of practice on this dieting thing. I think I want to go on a fast or something... I feel like such a fatty, I'm super frustrated!!!
147.8 lb Lost so far: 19.2 lb.    Still to go: 17.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 16.8 lb a week

Well, if you added in more carbs, that always makes you gain (probably water). Maybe add in the carbs slowly. Your body has to get used to eating them again. Play around and see what your body can take and still lose.
