Yes -- the scales are moving in the right direction. I was really good diet-wise yesterday.

I'm still recovering from the cough/cold. My lungs are still a bit congested, and I haven't felt like working out. So, I walk and do a bit of work in the community garden, but nothing like the normal workout routine. Usually at this point in my recovery I would be back to the workout routine, but I believe in paying attention to what your body's telling you, and mine is saying to rest. So I am.
193.5 lb Lost so far: 11.5 lb.    Still to go: 8.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.0 lb a week

You are doing great. Listen to your body. I know you will get back to the workout routine when you feel ready.
