I expected the gain today, yesterday I ate and ate and ate, the next few days I will be working to take care of me.
307.6 lb Lost so far: 12.4 lb.    Still to go: 132.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Don't get discouraged, there's no way you gain substantial weight in a day or two- could be water weight or just extra material in your digestive tract that hasn't passed. Hang in there! Think about the overall progress to date you've made. Good that you recognize where you are and that you want to take care of yourself first. :)
