YES!

I am for the first time out of the 130's weight group! Success!

Now, of course, I might fluctuate a little and get up there again for a couple of days, but I am now getting the sweet taste of "below 130 kgs".

Today also gives me two more milestones reached - having lost 25 kgs and having lost 55 lbs. :)

Life is very, very good!

I decided to make a progress photo. I am amazed looking at the difference. I have to admit I really did not realize that the change was THAT big.

286.4 lb Lost so far: 55.3 lb.    Still to go: 99.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
