Well .. like I hoped, I was back on track this week, after my 'hiccup' of a .5 pound gain. I dropped 1.5 pounds, which is on track for my 2 pounds a week, so I'm happy.
The weather was phenomenal today (in the 70's) and will be again tomorrow. I've decided that once it warms up for good, I'm going to start getting out and riding again. No marathons, or anything, but just get out and ride .. see what I can see. I think that will help once I hit my first 'plateau', and I know I will .. probably around 220.

Cool on both the weight and the bike. As you can tell from the exercise journals I am passionate about my bike. Start slowly. When I got back into riding about 10 years ago I couldn't do 4 miles without being exhausted...I now tour on my bike and have down 500 miles in a week. Let me know any bike questions...

Thanks, Jim. I may take you up on that advice offer .. :-) I've ridden before, but never really for exercise, just for fun. I'm going to try and combine the two this time .. exercise for fun! :-) I have a 'fitness trail' that goes around an airport near my house. I believe it's about 9 miles around. I'm going to start riding that. As I get more conditioned, I'll start doing more than one circuit each time. I'll let you know how it goes. ~Kaleb
