I measured myself and I have already lost 16.5" all over my body. I can not believe how bloated I must have been to have lost that many inches with a total weight loss of 11lbs - 6lbs since I started induction. 59lbs to go!

Ahhh, good ole induction, haha. Yep, all that weight is from sodium and extra starch your body has stored. You must be peeing non stop with that kind of loss, hahaha. But that's good. You want to give your body a chance to get rid of all the extra stuff, kind of like a clean slate.
