Since I changed my diet, My weight was actually started over, so to date I have actually lost 1.5 pounds which I am very proud of. The main thing I need to work on now is no eating after 8 pm and increasing my water intake. I did my walking 5 out of 7 days, so that goal was reached. I feel better and have more energy. So all the way around this week was a great success!
