Didn't even want to record my foods and weight from the weekend. SOOOOO bad.
Didn't pay attention to the carbs - SOOOOOOOOOO BAD. I felt even worse knowing I just went off the deep end. And to make matters worse - I didn't even enjoy the French toast (no syrup) or the Mexican dinner out.

Started back on Monday and keeping on track now. Gained .4 lbs - guess it could have been worse.

Does it make anyone else bad when the chart pops up and says at the rate you are going it will take you 9 months to reach your goal? I know it's helpful - but can be very depressing sometimes.
179.6 lb Lost so far: 30.4 lb.    Still to go: 29.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I had the same kind of weekend. So depressing because I know better. I sucked it up and stepped on the scale. I got back on plan and exercised yesterday. Starting to feel better and in control. You CAN do this!
