1127 kcal Fat: 47.29g | Prot: 70.44g | Carb: 114.92g.   Breakfast: Blueberries , Old Home Non-Fat Plain Yogurt, Boiled Egg, Banana. Lunch: Cub Foods Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots), Kraft Roka Blue Cheese Dressing & Dip, Wish-Bone Sweet & Spicy French Dressing. Dinner: Butter (Salted) , Meat Loaf Made with Beef and Pork, Mashed Potato (from Fresh), Acorn Winter Squash , Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking). Snacks/Other: Honeycrisp Apples. more...
