Well it's been a stressful two weeks and I didn't follow like I should. Plus I went out to eat this week and totally blew it! Soooo today I'm back on track and I plan on staying that way. I honestly feel better when I eat healthier!
133.6 lb Lost so far: 23.4 lb.    Still to go: 8.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
