Heh.. back in the saddle again. December was nuts food wise and every other kind of wise.. people, parties, shopping, and 11 days of the pukey stuff that rolled through my family. :P But here I am ready to kick it in to a nice reasonable low to mid level gear. :) I have my pilates class tonight and a Christmas tree to take down. Our house is a wreck from all the guests and toys.. so I will take the next week to start putting things back to rights.. I am going to reward myself for every hour of work with 15 min of reading peoples journals and and checking out the boards for new hot topics and tips. I hope everyone had a great holiday.. and sorry I was MIA (so are my pants) anyway here is to a new attitude. :) Happy new year everyone!

I can not beleive the food and drinks I indulged on this holiday! It took me a few weeks to get to 208 and now I am back at 213...it comes back on much faster than I can get it off! I started back at the gym and eating healthier! I just found otu we are going to do Biggest Loser at work too which will help alot b/c we and my co-workers often splurge at lunch so we will be able to help keep each other on track and I think we are going to try mall walking at lunch for 30 minutes too! My goal is to be down 10 by the end of the January and another 10 by the end fo February! Hoping hardwork and dedication pay off for all of us!
