Don't know what happened, I've really been following the program.
Hope this is temporary
183.2 lb Lost so far: 26.8 lb.    Still to go: 33.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 15 September 2013:
819 kcal Fat: 53.61g | Prot: 63.97g | Carb: 17.26g.   Breakfast: Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg with Sausage, Coffee with Milk. Lunch: Kroger Pork Rinds, Crystal Light Iced Tea Natural Lemon, Sargento Ultra Thin Sliced Swiss Cheese, Roast Beef, Cucumber (Peeled). Dinner: Broccoli, Cream Of Chicken Soup (Canned, Condensed), Pork Chops (Top Loin, Boneless). Snacks/Other: Whipped Cream (Pressurized Container), Jell-O Sugar Free Raspberry Gelatin. more...

Probably temporary. Could also be a bit more sodium from the dinner out last night. All in all you're still down about 7 pounds in roughly 2.5 weeks, so I'd say that's nothing to worry about at this point in your journey.

Your doing fine. Weight loss isn't linear (a straight line down). We all have ups and downs like a roller coaster. Most likely your retaining water from something you ate yesterday. But google "why the scale lies" for insight in to water weight fluctuations.
