Hi Chris you have popped up weight a bit. Please don't dishearten. It can all get sorted. If you haven't got scales both weight and food scales you can bluetooth to your phone etc. They help so much I was getting no were. But now my weight is coming off now. Please think about it. Good luck, also shop for food full as you won't cheat, try and drink before your meals and not eat late at night. Also no snacks. I know I sound like a boring old person.
