Had a great workout at the gym!

Exercise: 45 min elliptical 3.2 miles, 45 min weight lifting lower body
Vitamins: No
Rosacea: 1 = mild flare - no new spots, more healing, no trigger foods eaten. Used Prosacea, used SPF 30 facial moisturizer.
Water Retention
I can feel a migraine coming on. A little off balance today and pressure in the temples.
175.8 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 30.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thank you everyone :) Still feeling the migraine today, darn things usually hang on for days. I am working on trying to find triggers for them hoping to be able to eliminate them by diet. FS has been a big help with this since I have been recording everything I eat and journaling everyday now.
