Tuesday...
Just couldn't bring myself to put the coconut oil in my coffee this morning. I felt so sick all day yesterday, it may have been a coincidence but I feel fine today! I am going to abandon the idea and just stick to cooking with it LOL My Mom arrived last night, it is so very good to see her. She brought her recipes with her so now I can get them entered into the online family cookbook YAY!

Monday...
This morning I started putting coconut oil in my coffee, will it help or not is the question! I had two cups of coffee with 1 tablespoon of oil in each cup. I usually don't get a gag reflex when I look at my coffee in the morning but it just seems so wrong to be drinking oil :) I couldn't taste it but I could feel it... I wonder if it will help chapped lips this winter LOL I am going to give this a try over the next few weeks remembering it takes 21 days to form a habit. My mom arrives today and will be spending 3 weeks with us. We are going to start baking Christmas cookies for gift platters hopefully tomorrow. I think I may be stressing about the baking, I had another dream about binge eating again but I guess it is better to dream about it than actually doing it.

Saturday...
I was playing board games with the family last night and opened two bags of chips. I started picking my favorite pieces out of one bag but wasn't really satisfied with the chips so I went and got some left over Halloween candy. I started to eat the candy and ohhhhh how yummy it tasted, enjoying every piece I ate. I ate so much that I started to feel sick and then the feeling of remorse set in. I was so very upset with myself for not being able to keep control and that I was never going to be able to lose this weight.... then I woke up and realized that it was all JUST A NIGHTMARE!! I can't express how relieved I was after I woke up knowing it was just a dream and that I hadn't really eaten any of it! LOL

Friday...
Rode 34.6 miles at an average pace of 9.3 mph, total ride time 3 hours and 42 minutes, total trip time was 5 hours and 50 minutes! The high temp today was 50 but we started out early at a much colder temp. I used toe warmers for this ride and it seemed to help but we were out much longer than I anticipated. I got a flat on the back tire near our half way point and had to change it, but only after enjoying some delicious treats from a local bakery :) Wow I didn't realize how many calories were in scone until I entered it into FS, unfortunately a little late by then LOL. The next time I will know to stay away from the bakery and just eat my almond butter sandwich :) While I was fixing the flat a guy came out of one of the shops next door bringing a floor pump for me to use, he runs an indoor cycling training center. He helped me finish up my tire and then gave us a tour of his training center. After the tour I was sold on the idea so I think I am going to sign up for their next winter session that starts in January. Well after a much longer break than we usually take we headed back but guess what.... I got another flat this time on the front tire!! I had taken out my second spare tube in the morning to get my extra gloves in my pouch with my sandwich thinking I won't get two flats in one trip, so we had to walk!! Fortunately I had remembered that a new bicycle shop had just opened very close to where we were so we were able to walk there within 10 minutes and get my tire fixed. By the time I got home I was frozen but it was such a great adventure I wouldn't change a thing about the day :)
