Small drop, but I'm happy!! These INSANE results are after only 3 weeks on this program and one week of rest. I'm really excited about the results and I'm going to start the advanced version of the program tomorrow which is for another 3 weeks. These results would not have been possible without good nutrition. Photo #1 taken on Oct 5th. Second photo taken today, Nov 1st.

203.5 lb Lost so far: 16.5 lb.    Still to go: 43.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

whatever you are doing is certainly targeting belly fat which is so often the hardest to lose. such great progress!
