I have been eating WAY TOO MUCH! & not doing enough activity. Fortunately I have not gained. I can see that I'm self soothing with food. I need to find other ways of dealing with stress. Goal to stay on plan & keep active. I desire to be at my Goal weight by Thanksgiving. 86 days, 12 weeks, 2.8 months & 29 lbs.
