Went out to lunch and had an awesome salad.
198.8 lb Lost so far: 43.2 lb.    Still to go: 33.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

They called it Ode to Soy. Was shredded lettuce and greens with some kind of soy/peanut dressing, peanuts, won-tons, and some other stuff in it. Was very tasty.

I hate to say it, but not working out seems to be making things easier. I think I'm going to back off on the swimming for a few weeks and see what happens.

Yes I do not feel that exercising is implemental for losing weight. I mean if you control your calories. I have gone weeks without exercise and still lost weight, but exercise, helps ensure that you lose mostly fat and well it's good for you. You could probably dial it down a bit and do just fine. Sounds like a very yummy salad!
