Have no idea why a weight gain based on food and exercise???
125.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 15.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Perhaps your calories are too low, your body thinks it is starving, so it will shut down, go inot "famine mode"

It could be lot's of things. Our bodies are made up of 60% water so it fluctuates hourly. Some factors which affect the scale include: hormones, exercise (muscles retain water to help them heal), sodium, medications, inflammation, stress, etc. Google "Why the scale lies" for insight.
