Really frustrating. I've been walking, and doing pilaties and I feel great, but am not loosing any weight. I guess I have to get back to tracking my calories and there is no way around it! ug! what a pain in the ass.
150.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
