A solid drop. Mostly fluid. Trying to restart keto. Went to the grocery store and was able to muster the willpower to pass by the chips and cookies that called out to me. I love baked goods. Sure do. My carbs were still high but better and I’ll keep whittling away at them as I get into the mind frame I need. Think I’ll go lay down for a while... had to be at dentist’s office at 7:30 for husband to get 6 teeth pulled and upper plate put in. I have to work tonight.
187.4 lb Lost so far: 18.6 lb.    Still to go: 27.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
