192.. sigh... No one to blame but myself.. complacency.. sigh. Not doing my workouts.. was too hot over the summer.. then vacation at the beach.. wait till I get to day shift ( no telling when that will happen)..So, here I am, again. Got up and did my 30 Jillian workout today. The scale motivated me. That’s saying something cause tonight will be my fifth 12 hour night shift in a row. Ready to be in a better place...

Thanks, Kattay. I am definitely tired. I'll have 2 days off; I hope I sleep well then.

I did the same thing to myself. I feel your pain. Get a good rest and get back to working on yourself. You are worth it.

Meal prep helps on days off. I too work long back to back hours. I pack my daily foods, photograph them so I can remember what I've packed, logged and eaten. It helps to stay within my 1500 daily calories. You got this!

Thanks WindyFlowers and misty skies for the support. It means a lot. I do good for a few months and then get complacent. I worked too hard to throw it out the door. I know I CAN do it, it’s just sticking with it that’s the problem. I plan to make major changes for the good if I ever make it to day shift. The swings of night shift make it super hard to stay focused. It’s hard to be motivated when you’re always tired. That being said, I know I have to keep working on it. Thanks again.

I have lost 30 to 40 pounds several times. Then I get lazy and over time gain it back. I have to stop doing the same thing over and over. (Insanity) So this time I absolutely joined this site, post daily and am doing a challenge for accountability. I know me. I will get lazy and I am SO tired of starting over. There is more to life than being the fat person in the group!

Cheer up! It's all about consistency. Weightloss is no Sprint, but a Marathon. 😉
