I finally broke 133! It took me a month to do it. :( But now I feel like the curse is gone. lol Hope everyone is having a good week!
132.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 12 February 2009:
1165 kcal Fat: 34.64g | Prot: 74.64g | Carb: 141.35g.   Breakfast: half and half, coffee. Lunch: cheese, manicotti, veal, barilla whole wheat pasta. Dinner: I can't believe it's not butter light, green beans, potato, chicken. Snacks/Other: TLC Chewy Granola Bars - Cherry Dark Chocolate, chicken primavera, weight watchers mini bars. more...
