Another weigh in with no loss. Stalled at 14 lbs lost. Strategy.....either drop back down to 500 cal. or do a load.
Followed eating plan well no cheats. Activity is just average. Maybe I should amp up my activity??? Need to think this through.
180.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
