Forgot to weigh in before breakfast, so being down is AWESOME! I noticed I am much for likely to skip the extra goodies because I am going to have to write them down.
211.8 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 71.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
