Did manage to walk last night even though I worked late, short course, was still really hot when we went so dogs were dragging by the time we got home. Problem with that is that only 23 minutes of my hour got counted as effort, but it is what it is. I didn't feel like we were going super slow, just knew we weren't running either. Something to watch.

I forgot one thing. I don't measure the milk I put in my coffee in the morning every day, I just assume that I hit it consistently because I like it the way I like it. Well, this morning I measured my splash and it was exactly where I thought it was. Good sanity check and yay for consistency.

Super dry, I have a headache. Fun. Focusing on getting through another crazy week. Got some personal stuff to deal with as well. Never seems to end this year. Anyways, no sense in wallowing in it, no time for it. Talked with some others, seems it's the same everywhere. Figures. Pretty sure I'll be coming back as a hummingbird in my next life. It's the only way to keep up with things.

I'll just keep doing what I'm doing. Best I can do. Really need an actual vacation, meaning one where no one knows I'm off work so I can relax instead of doing things for others. Not gonna happen this week. Life goes on.
