i must be counting my calories wrong because im surprised I've lost 3 pounds in a week. My metabolism must be very high because of my intense workouts and consistant running.
197.0 lb Lost so far: 51.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
