tomarro i will start my calorie count diet...need to find a way to count the calories at dinner time so i dont go beyond 1500 in a day!!!
139.3 lb Lost so far: 0.7 lb.    Still to go: 9.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Great Plan. Here is how I use the food tracker: Instead of entering food after or during the meal I get on and the night before I use it to plan my meals. This way you will be able to keep your fats, carbs and protein in check and keep your calorie intake where it needs to be. If you have it planned, chances are you will not over eat. Do you have an iphone/smart phone? I just installed the fatsecret app last night and I love it. It will actually scan bar codes on products and give you the nutritional info. All you have to do it click the "add to my diet calendar" and it automatically puts it on your daily food intake. It's amazing!

No smart phone but i will use the food tracker!!!...im a big believer in having a plan, prolly cuz im OCD!!!!....its just me in this household trying to do this and any little tips are very much welcomed!!!!... THANK YOU!!!!!

Yep, I'd plan ahead. If you know what you're going to have then enter it and see if you maybe need to cut something out that day or change up your meal a little. If you're like me you never know what exactly you're having for dinner. I will have things bought for meals, but never know which one we're having for sure, so I try to plan on one and it's just a gamble as to whether we have that or not, but at least I have an idea what my day looks like with breakfast, lunch, and any snacks in between. yippers today ive got a plan and i will stick to it....limiting my calorie intake durin the day cuz every friday we eat out...mostly the same place so i kinda have in mind bout what calories i need to save for this evenin!!!...then tonight ill make out a meal plan for tomarro so i dont splurge!!!..thanx for tips!!!...have a great weekend and GOOD LUCK to you as well!!!!
