I pretty much slacked off the entire month of September. Ate everything under the sun and ended up feeling like crap. Thankfully, I only gained one pound. My knees are finally feeling good enough to workout, so I started a new workout program yesterday. I'm back at it!!!
210.5 lb Lost so far: 9.5 lb.    Still to go: 50.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
