Winerds's Journal, 10 December 2010

Wahoooo! I fought like a 2 year old when my trainer told me to start a food journal but it really works! It has definitely changed how I think about what I eat. I can now go to restaurants and I think really hard about what I am going to eat and what the trade-offs are!

Your trainer is correct. People who journal are much more likely to lose weight than others because they keep track of their food. Studies show we tend to underestimate our food intake by at least 30%. So great job!

Thank you Suzi161! This is SO true. It's really opened my eyes to food that made me think I was eating well - where I wasn't (SUSHI NIGHTS!)
