Had a long weekend... traveling and driving... didn't exercise for 3 days...but back on track this week....still hoping to get below 190 by Feb 19th....
195.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
