Down another 2 lbs. Woo Hoo! Great day yesterday. 1 cheat on food & activity. But my cheat was with cottage cheese & tomatoes so not as bad as fat & sugar but still not good. The activity was my workout. I was still very active with my getting the house ready for my Father-in-law. I think the cheats were due to being over tired & not knowing what I really needed. Need to stop & think about what I need in that moment. Yesterday I needed sleep not food. I must stick to the plan completely to lose 40 lbs by Thanksgiving.
