Day 6 & down 2 lbs. Good activity & eating yesterday. No cheats. Busy day again today. Need to buy more B6 & I think I'll try a Hulu Hoop. Water was an issue yesterday. Only 68 oz of my 127 oz. Didn't pee as much; only up once in the night.
Today I'll focus on moving & drinking my h2o.
188.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
