Went to play in Las Vages so we ate and oh, you know. Put on four Lbs. Now we are in Tucson, and I will get back to walking 6 to 8 miles again. Back to work.
164.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
