Day 3...ready to go! Class is called Joy in the Morning!! It is stretching, light weights, flexibility and core work. Then an hour in the pool (class there also using weights, balance). My husband popped my back last night as the pain was bad and I feel much better this morning.
I hope all of you out there are doing A-OK!!
