I hope this works, before I became celiac my weight fluctuated around 200 pounds for the last 10 years, but I felt more and more tired all the time. Once I discovered I was celiac I felt better but my weight just started climbing it seemed to top out at about 260 lbs. I was very active when I was in my thirties and forties but since hitting my fifties my knees have been getting too painful for me to get much exercise. I am trying to train my way back into riding my bike back and forth to work and still work out against resistance during the winter. I need to shave off this weight I know that it can't be helping my knees. Wish me luck, and my loving wife who supports me always, even when I don't support myself, pray for her to maintain her patience for me.
