Even though today's weight is a little higher than yesterday's, I'm still OK with it. After all that pizza I had yesterday, I'm suprised it wasn't up a pound or more due to the sodium. Hopefully if I'm very careful today and tomorrow I will hit my goal for january - 6 lbs lost, or 169.8.
