Feeling really fortunate that my weight did not spike up after yesterday. I did not pay attention to what I was eating at all. I went to a county fair and just went with whatever I wanted. Which happened to be a vanilla shake from the American Dairy Association. So refreshing and now I don't have to feel guilty about it. Guess all the walking around offset it. It was a good day...took mini muffins that I baked to church to share with my Sunday school class. Didn't overdo that. Good to know that I can have an occasional slip up day and then get back on track.
265.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 59.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I have had a million slip ups! I don't think there is any forbidden food I haven't eaten since I started this journey. It's a lifestyle change, not prison so enjoy it! You don't ruin a diet, just slow down the loss is all. Hope all is well!
