doin crappy...feel crappy...need to get my rear in gear. I am back in the old habits including saying that I am going to do something and not doing it. I really need to get my @*! in gear. I was really doing good and feeling good and I don't know what happened.
132.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.7 lb a week

Chin up! It is NEVER too late to get the body you want! I talk my self out of working out and or eating right MANY times a day. for the longest time I thought of eating right as a black and white issue, once I ate poorly, I felt immediately defeated and fell off the wagon. I am S-L-O-W-L-Y learning to allow the occasional indulgences and getting right back on track. After all waht is the point of being healthy enough to live a long life if you don't enjoy it along the way:)

Hey, you may have just needed a bit of a break. fat smash is a great tool that you have available, just get back to it and get back to healthy habits. getting healthy is a journey it's okay if you get off track, just as long as you keep getting back on! Good luck lizz! You can do it!
