I'm so excited to have lost more weight and be on the brink of 175! My pants fit so much better, if at all! My son's sitter commented that I looked like I'd lost weight. My whole thing in this is not to tell anyone (other than my dieting homies and my hubby) that I'm dieting since I've tried so many things before and have stuck with nothing. So, it was nice to have someone from the "outside", comment on it. I feel so great.

good for you! and i love your tip about subway... because i agree! my hubby and i split a $5 footlong and i am satisfied when i am finished. i also drink lemonade flavor crystal light, which is very sweet.

Thanks for the advice! I like to respond to my sweet tooth by drinking it, and caffine only fuels my jitters during my busy day. I forgot about Crystal Light! Watch me go!

I'm the same way about telling people that I'm dieting. I also just don't want their comments. Some people actually say things like, "Oh," (long pause as they study what you are putting in your mouth, "You can HAVE that on your diet?" I know they don't mean to be rude, but gosh!! And I'm a slow loser, too. So I don't need them rushing me!! I love the crystal light, too - it sure satisfies a sweet tooth! In the summer I make an icee with it by crushing ice in the blender and adding a big squeeze from a fresh lemon. YUM!!
