I recorded my weight incorrectly the first time, and now I can't change it. I started out at 171.6, and this morning I am 171, so a loss of .6. I'm bummed my graph won't show the change. :(
I just had an NSV! I'm wearing a shirt I wore at Christmas, and it fits a little better than it did then. I guess 5 lbs CAN make a difference after all. :)

That's awesome. 5 pounds makes a big difference. To remind yourself, go to the grocery store and weigh out 5 pounds of something - potatoes, flour, whatever. You will be shocked how much 5 pounds really is!!! Good job. :)

Hehe I'm glad I'm not the only one that gets upset about their graph. I messed mine up too when I was changing my diet name. Good job on the 5lbs!!!

Glad to know I'm not the only one putting things like "ice cream sandwich" in my "diet" hehehehehe
it isnt a Diet anyway, it is something I plan to do the rest of my life with food: stay away from nasty fatty fast food and make good choices about what to put in my body!
You are doing terrific. Remember I am looking over your shoulder!!!! before you touch that pie or chocolate raisin, remember you will have to tell me about it!!!!
