phew got it back down. I wasn't able to exercise or barely walk yesterday from that jillian workout so it looks like her workout tape "shred" really works. i am going to have to build myself up to it and just do shred every other day. WHAT a workout!!
169.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.0 lb a week

Nice loss! Glad to see the Jillian tape helped out. Every other day is probably a good idea. Let those muscles rest, and maybe do something less strenuos on the other days.
