yesterday i got back on track woohoo. i did excellent as far as keeping within my points. and i did a new work out for the first time which really kicked my ass and i recommend it to everyone! its Jillian Michaels 30 day shred you don't know how out of shape you are until you try this!! all the 2hour walks in the world can't beat 20 minutes of the shred. so today i am feeling it!! i would think the weight would have dropped today but im not going to let it get me down and give up im following the ww program and my workouts and if my body doesnt change so be it at least i will be stronger.
today i decided to start logging my measurements and see if i have any progress in that department.
as of today i am 41 33 40 thighs are 23 calves are 13 and arms are 13
my goal is to have my waist at 28 my thighs to be at 19 and my arms to be at 9 so i need 5 more inches off my waist.

Great job taking the measurements. When you're doing strength training and such, this is the best way to measure your progress. Great job on getting back on track, I've found that's the best thing I've learned on here, fall off and get right back up!

Thanks for the DVD recommendation. Others on here have liked that one, too. Best of luck with those measurements! I wish I'd taken mine long ago.
