I guess the body isn't retaining the large quantity of food like it once did and the activity and lower calories yesterday must have helped. I am up 1 pound since last Saturday after 2 thanksgiving dinners and a night eating out in between. I guess I can be okay with 1 pound.
196.8 lb Lost so far: 11.8 lb.    Still to go: 13.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
