So glad the chips and peach cobbler are gone, and the weight is coming back off. It seems like even in moderation this food affects me. I felt like I was pregnant with a basketball all last week. Today, sans basketball, I feel less bloated but slightly jiggly. I went for my first run in several weeks. I'm doing the short route so I can do it 5 days a week. I don't have the energy to do the long route that often. That'll take care of the jiggle.

Yesterday, I attended a birthday brunch for one of my fave new friends. I scarfed down the fruits, proteins, and vegetables leaving all other the girls to eat the waffles, muffins, and cinnamon rolls. I indulged on the bottomless mimosas. Leaving out the starches and carbs really helped. I also didn't dehydrate myself, I drank water all afternoon. Miraculously, Sun morning I was 194 and Mon morning I was 191.

I don't know what to expect for tomorrow as my stomach is very happy right now.
